South St. btw Beekman St. and Peck Slip

I thought this place was a restaurant every time I’ve walked by.  It’s not far off, but it feels more like a cafeteria where you can grab some beers and have pub grub instead of actual fish.  The bar is pretty small, though a decent amount of sitting space in the back.  The service is pretty quick, beers tastes fine, costs average prices, a crowd of tourists or the few people who actually live down here comprises the crowd.
