26th St and West Side Highway

Get here before sundown; otherwise, good luck.  Came here after work one day, found a renovated barge with two tug boats attached to the pier, parked myself and my coworkers right on the bow of the boat.  The beers came in buckets, not priced too much over average, and we took up a good amount of room so as to not be bothered by others.  Pretty good, right?  Came again a week later, and much later in the night, and this place turns into a shit show.  No room, people falling all over each other, and the most expensive non-alcoholic sangria.  Toss in no room to move and no more waterfront views due to darkness and it becomes a place to be missed.
